I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times now as I travel for work. Each time has been excellent. The service at the desk, the rooms and the value for money is amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone else traveling through Windsor.
Easy to get to. Between 401 and EC row so everything is convenient. Rooms seemed recently renovated. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a great bonus.
Our only issue was the desk chair in the room...the top curved up and outwards so that every time you walked between the desk and the bed your clothes caught on the back of the chair and if you bent to throw something in the garbage you would hit your head on the chair when you straightened up. Another room had a completely different chair so it's not an issue with every room.

I want to thank the staff for all their help. I would definitely recommend staying here. I've stayed here before and ill stay here again. The ground floors are the best if you like to pop out and have a smoke (of any kind)...lol
